To view the book and turn the pages, click on the individual chapters of the splash page and a new window will open.  The Flash program will then begin loading the chapter.  It may take a minute to load each chapter, depending on the speed of your connection.  However, once loaded, you may easily turn the pages either by clicking on the directional arrows or by clicking on the corners of the pages, then dragging the pages back and forth.  You may also "go to" any page by typing in the page number.
